Okay, I saw a profile of the mall on Deadmalls.com, and when I saw the full parking lot, I thought that the mall wasn't dead anymore. The "anchors" are small, The Ron Jon Surf shop is a dissapointment if you're used to the one in LBI or Cocoa Beach. The only chain businesses here are Ron Jon, Cinemark, Bass Pro Shops, Steve & Barry's, Fuddrucker's, Auntie Anne's Pretzels, A&W, Long Jon Silvers, Subway, Nine West, Icing, Journey's, Jones New York, Pac Sun, Hot Topic, Vans, Charlotte Russe, and BCBG MaxAzaria, the rest are basically mom-and-pops, and the majority of the chain stores were outlets.
There was this outlet mall across the street being torn down, unfortunately, no photos.
I think the areas in decline because it's at an inconvenient location at the north end of I-Drive in Orlando, Florida.
